East Side Dental Smiles

My wife and I have both been going to East Side Dental for several years at their old location on east 50th st. Now they are at the new location on the west side. You enter the building on Broadway and pass security. Elevator up to 18th floor. Beautiful new offices. Big reception, comfortable waiting area and nice new treatment offices. Very good cleaning by the hygienist. Then Dr Krakow examined my teeth. Very friendly and professional.

Dr. Horbar is patient and listens well if I have an issue or questions about what is going on in my mouth. Her new location is very clean and well-appointed with a smart staff, lovely large restrooms, a coffee machine and water. It was kind of a treat to go to the dentist!

Dr. Silard is an excellent, well-trained, trustworthy dentist. He’s the first dentist I’ve had in my life whose guidance I trust completely. Prior to seeing him, I went to a different dentist who tried to pressure me into getting fillings that I didn’t need. Dr. Silard thoroughly explains his guidance, and takes an approach that would best benefit the patient, and never overcharges. I really appreciate that he takes a conservative approach and only suggests I do treatment that I really need. He is very well trained and his work is phenomenal. On top of that, his office staff is so on top of things! They handle the billing with my insurance and make the process so seamless. I recommend him highly! The office is also super convenient and beautiful. And he’s fun to chat with!! I look forward

Beautiful, new facility. Very nice staff. Saw Dr. Silard for first time. He methodically (and gently) checked everything and explained to me everything about my issue, which was a problem with a root canal/crown from years ago. Highly recommend Dr. Silard.

I’ve been a very satisfied patient for some time but recently broke a tooth and need some extra care. Chris and Nori worked together so seamlessly I was genuinely impressed. Very satisfied patient :-D
