Dr. Anne Fraser was amazing. She was super knowledgeable with decades of experience under her belt. All though, she was not familiar with our pets food name she asked about it instead of acting like a know it all. How refreshing! The cost was fair. The whole visit was easy! Jessica was so very helpful and friendly! We really enjoyed the fact that we were not rushed and made to feel at home. We know our pets are well taken care of at this practice!

Technician Mac was extremely kind and helpful. She provided great advice and support to us as first time owners. Helped us understand the whole process and guided us through the next steps properly. She was very empathetic towards us and could truly tell she cares about the care she gives. Would come back for the customer service alone- 10/10!

My pup and I have been visiting this vet for almost 9 years and regardless of where we move, we always come back. We've done tons of services with them from basic pet care to major surgeries. Why we love it: 1. Kind and caring staff, with low turn over. The same vet techs have been treating my pup for YEARS! 2. Easily accessible, and knowledgeable vets. They're only a phone call or text away. 3. Reasonable and consistent prices. (No crazy increases in vet fees over the years) 4. Convenient and flexible drop off and pick up. You can wait to see a vet or do drop off services and receive a recap via phone. 5. My pup always comes home happy! :) If you're looking to form a long term relationship with a vet and loving animal community, look no further.

Earlier this year, but a good while ago, I had a bad experience here. I brought my cat in as a new patient and he ended up passing shortly after. I couldn’t afford the thousands of dollars to help him. Just an unfortunate situation, got it. But while I was there, their demeanor was cold. Even still, fine. Very shortly after that, they sent me some email about an event they were having. I thought that was in very poor taste, but again, fine- I just unsubscribed from their emails. Now, today, months down the road, I get a card in the mail from them stating that my cat is due for his vaccines. The only cat that I had ever brought to them, the one mentioned, had never received his vaccines with them, he had them elsewhere. He never received anything from them other than that one unfortunate ex

The staff was so accommodating and helpful when I needed a last minute appointment to get my dog up to date on vaccines so that I could board her to attend a family funeral. They got her in next day. All of the staff from check-in, doctor, vet assistant, everyone was so friendly and caring. Thank you East Plano Murphy Pet Hospital for taking such good care of Sadie and me.
