CVS

I want to start by saying I've been in medical for 25 years and also on both sides, I've treated patients and I've been a patient, and I've not experienced such an abysmal treatment by a pharmacist/healthcare worker. I know full well what it is like to be in front of patients/customers and the way I was treated was reprehensible. If you think that as a customer you will be treated as such, do not come here...and also count on being talked down to like you are a child if you disagree with the pharmacist or if you had a different understanding of what was happening. I have taken all my families prescriptions out of CVS, including extended family and as many friends too. I am also going to make a campaign to all the patients in the clinics I manage to explain what happened so they can make

I usually always go to this pharmacy to deposit money since I have capital one and I have to go to pharmacies to deposit…always a good and quick experience, but today I went around 6:30 and I had a hard time finding someone to help me in the cashier area. I’m assuming there was only one person on shift, turns out she was hiding or just sitting down behind the cash registers with her headphones on( after reading more negative reviews looks like I’m not the only one having a bad experience with the young black lady that works there) I had to get her attention a couple times since she was not listening to me, she finally saw me when she stood up and realize there was someone standing right there. However non of that was the issue, the issue came when she stood up and I had to ask her for help

I have been using this location as my primary pharmacy for several years. Based on older reviews it looks like they listened and made changes. They always fill my prescriptions promptly or notify me right away if there is an issue. I receive text messages and app notifications when my order is ready. No matter if I go through the drive through or the counter inside I never have to wait very long. The staff is friendly and professional. If I do have to call them for some reason you go through an automated system that makes you leave a message for the pharmacy staff and they always return my call within the hour. I am happy and feel fortunate to have this CVS nearby.

I had a problem with my CVS card because I had two accounts. I was unaware of that until the cashier took his time to investigate and figured it out. He was very patient and I really appreciated him taking his time with me. I have always had exceptional service with the cashiers there including the photo shop.

Went to the minute clinic and the NP was so great!!! Very patient and thorough. Thank you NP Martins!! I would definitely going back to see her.
