All staffs are very friendly, smiley and accommodating. Their Dentists are very well mannered and professional. The techs are very caring and anticipates the patient and dentist’s needs. They explain the process well and gives important health education. Its also very easy reschedule or get an appointment. They all make a dentist visit a safe and a good experience.

I visited Citrus Smiles for a very painful tooth ache, to the point I have extreme difficulty eating. I have never been so impressed by a doctor's office, much less a dentist. PHENOMENAL!! I was able to make an appointment to see them inside an hour without fuss or begging. All of the staff were pleasant, knowledgeable, kind, and truly sounded happy that I was there. Dr. Shah answered all of my questions for him and made me feel like I was important. I cannot express how grateful I am for Citrus Smiles Lucas. It's super easy to get an appointment online or over the phone or even in person. You will also get text reminders for all upcoming appointments which is incredibly helpful. The staff here are the sweetest people ever and ensure you're comfortable the whole time during procedures. I was nervous because I hadn’t been to the dentist in a good while and I needed to find a new one. Everyone at Citrus Smiles was wonderful!
