Unprofessional Experience and Poor Quality of Care I decided to try this dental office after driving 30 minutes to my former dentist for over 25 years. Unfortunately, this proved to be a significant mistake. From the beginning, the dentist I saw was dismissive and abruptly recommended impressions for a night guard—despite my already wearing Invisalign nightly—and insisted on filling three cavities immediately. There was little to no explanation of next steps before anesthetic was administered. What should have been a routine cleaning unexpectedly became a 90-minute procedure and resulted in several hundred dollars in charges. Following the fillings, the dentist did not floss my teeth. Finding East Market Dental Clinic has been a stroke of luck for me in my 80s. Dr. Deepti Sareen, D.D.S., F.A.G.D. , in particular, is incredibly skilled, kind, and personable. Today marks the end of my three-month journey of getting upper and lower full arch implants. I'm truly grateful.

Can't say enough good things about this place. I had a dental emergency, broken abscessed wisdom tooth. They got me in first thing the next morning and did it all in one go. I had to drive 3 hours to get there but have been waiting months for an oral surgeon where I live. Absolutely worth the drive. Paid out of pocket and all the pricing was up front and cheaper than what I was quoted elsewhere, without the wait! So amazing! Whole thing took 1 hour! Pain free because of this awesome dentist and her incredibly friendly team!

I was disappointed today. I throughly explained a procedure I had done in Mexico and how the temp dentures did not fit me. I came into the office and come to find out they do nothing involving dentures, even told me I may have to go back to Mexico for them to fix it…..that’s what threw me off. I was hospitalized for over two weeks with sepsis after my procedure and I found it so insensitive because I explained everything to the receptionist. It was a big waste of time.

My wife and I have been going to East Market Dental for the past 3-4 years and Dr. Deepti Sareen and Dr. Natalie Choque provided super dental services each time! Very friendly, caring, and precision dental work yet they use a gental touch and always consider the comfort of the patient. They have a special gift and we've been blessed by their talents. Their dental staff are super too--very friendly customer care and service! Keep up the excellent work!
