Hannah Radecki is the best. She sees two of my special need individuals & she is so good with them. She listens & its obvious she cares. And the woman at the front desk are such sweethearts. They are so good too

I have been calling the doctor’s office since last week and called today Monday, January 19th from cvs pharmacy to get a refill of my thyroid medicine which I’m out of. I am traveling tomorrow Tuesday, January 20th. NO call from anyone that my prescription is ready. I’ve never experienced any problems until I needed a prescription refilled. NOT HAPPY‼️

I had a lot of problems with this office. Felt like I always needed to call them about something while I lived in the area.

They can’t seem to keep an appointment, so far my annual check up has been pushed from mid-July to late-October and now pushed out again another month with no guarantee that it’ll happen (despite them saying they will put a note saying it was already pushed back once the first time). I could understand maybe pushing it back one or two days but each time has been weeks or more. It’s getting really frustrating and with my check up nearing the end of the year there is a slight possibility that 2024 may end before I get my annual check up completed (waste of my insurance premium).
