I can't say enough wonderful things about Dave and his team at Bailey's Pharmacy. When my son was unexpectedly diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, Dave made the very overwhelming process of ordering and understanding all of the new supplies as easy as possible. Not only that, but he took the time to check on me as a caregiver and provide extra logistical support that helped ease my stress and cognitive load. I have never experienced such exceptional customer service from any business in any industry.

I recently worked with Justin the driver for Bailey's twice, I cannot say enough about his caring and compassion for my delivery of a wheelchair, he had to make 3 trips to my house before we received the right wheelchair for my needs, and he took the time to adjust it to fit my needs and was such a pleasure to work with someone who cares to much about making things right! There is not enough people in this world like Justin, and Bailey's is lucky to have him as a representative!

Baileys Pharmacy is exactly where you want to get your prescriptions from . The staff is AMAZING!! No more hassles about refills or having to drive to a pharmacy and wait in line . At Baileys you are treated the way you want to be treated, the staff always listens to your questions and concerns and goes above and beyond to help with anything you need . I call for a refill and it’s delivered to my door the very same day by a very pleasant delivery associate. By far the best pharmacy I have ever worked with! My family and I are new to the new medications that my son needs and this pharmacy definitely makes you feel like you are an individual and not just a number. Especially Dave the pharmacist! Most wonderful experience with the pharmacy so far.

I highly recommend using Bailey Pharmacy in East Hartford. I called to make sure they could help me, before driving out of my way to go there. I was very pleased with the professionalism, understanding and kindness on the phone alone. When I got there, Dave the pharmacist was very welcoming and helpful to my situation and without a question, offered to deliver my prescription to me, 2 towns away the very next day. My experience was definitely (@ the least) 5 stars ⭐️ Thank you for your great service and help. Also, Very knowledgeable. 😊
