First Choice Health Center Pharmacy

This pharmacy is absolutely amazing, and they go above and beyond for their patience. Especially when they know the patients are being treated badly. I would recommend using a different office for your actual appointments. But you can use this pharmacy from any doctor's office. It is not there just for first choice, patients! If I wasn't already a patient, I would be running there. Lol

This clinic has gone down fall as the call center service representative are unprofessional and proclaim there is no compliance dept. They are rude and take things personal when first of all they are trained to understand that nothing is personal when you are working with the general public. And nevertheless, patients and their family members. You don't know the pressure or situation they are going through therefore, you may get call's that are a bit challenging but you are to maintain your professionalism. And if they ask for your name give it and if asked to be transferred to the front desk then do so or to the compliance dept. You are not to hang up on the patient nor their family members just because you can handle the call in a professional demeanor. This extablisment need to lo

I called the pharmacy by accident to make an appointment for the doctor so she nicely transferred the call to the receptionist. The receptionist was extremely rude. Sounded miserable. The days that were available for what I wanted couldn’t work out for me so I told her I can call back another day to schedule an appointment. She replied back “waste of time” and hang up. I didn’t get her name but I called at 3:58pm on 4/20.

Great place I've been going here for my Dentistry issues for about 150 years. Great place great people.

CLEAN, FAST, FRIENDLY service. Great change of pace from Walgreens. Will absolutely come back here and truly recommend!
