East Falls Family Medicine Clinic

East Falls Family Medicine is the best! I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a primary care physician. Both Dr. Hill and Dr. Payne are excellent physicians who care about their patients and their team. They are always friendly and able to accommodate appointment times. I do not have to wait long to get back to a room or see the doctor. The paper work that has to be filled out annually is minimal and doesn’t take long. I love this office and highly recommend them as a primary physician.

Dr. Payne is the best. He takes the time to truly listen to your concerns. And fully explains answers in a way that when you leave his office, you completely understand your diagnosis. His office staff is super friendly and efficient. It's a wonderful feeling knowing that you can completely trust your doctor. We love him!

I love East Falls Family Medicine bc they are the one source that over see my health. They do it with clarity and every visit is meaningful. I have a great relationship with my Dr and his staff. I don't feel like just another # as with most places you visit . My Dr takes the time to listen and then provides recommendations. When I was considering insurance options, my wife told me that to continue seeing EFFM would be the most expensive option. I said its worth it to me bc I feel I receive the best overall care there.

If I could give a 0 I would. If you are looking for a clinic that prioritizes policies and billing over actual patient care, East Falls Clinic fits that description perfectly. I waited nearly two months to be seen because I am in ongoing pain and needed a doctor. From the very first phone call, the tone was rigid and unhelpful. They refused to even schedule a new-patient appointment without my insurance ID number in hand and said they could not look it up. We’re on Medicaid, and every other medical office I’ve ever dealt with has been able to verify coverage without creating that kind of barrier. It immediately felt more about protecting their billing process than helping a patient get established and treated. Then I missed the appointment because I honestly had the date wrong and thought

Dr Hill is an exceptional Doctor. He listens to his patients and gives sound advice for my medical needs. Also his staff is very easy to work with. Professional and efficient.
