After visit, this office didn’t give my pharmacy an incomplete prescription. Called 3 times within a two week period and still was unable to get the doctor to give me or the pharmacy the correct prescription. When calling I was put on hold at least twice and back into a queue of 5. This had my waiting on hold for over an hour. I wouldn’t recommend visiting or using.

I called and try to reschedule appointment , but someone so RUDE ! Like i owed her $1M!! Her name is ivete ( not sure if spelled wrong). Previous reps told me they have today 2.30 available , but Ivete said with HIGH PITCH “WHO TOLD YOU THAT???!!! WHO EVER TOLD YOU THAT IS WRONG !!! “ wow!! My daughter is special kids, i hope on upcoming evaluation day they don’t threat her rude!

Great experience today. I came in for a VNG I called early ND confirmed my appointment, only to get there and have the front desk tell me it wasn't for today, but for May. Front desk was very accommodating, speaking to Kathy who tried to move around patients to be able to fit me in for today with very little wait time. Greatly appreciated!
