waited 2 hours for my appointment which was at 10:00AM and was only brought to the back at 11:40 then waited in a chair for 30 minutes and nobody even came to see me. people who got there later than me and had later appointments were already out by the time i even got seen. very small waiting room with only 5 chairs so we had to wait outside in our car, carpet was dirty, walls had stains, and the back room has no privacy with only 4 open chairs. the only redeeming quality was that the staff was nice to us and tried to help as best they could.

I used to love coming to this dentist. Last visit that he had, there wasn’t air conditioning in the whole building. My son came out his face was red and his head was drenched with sweat. He complained to me that there was one fan in the back and it wasn’t pointed on the patients which seems unfair Because these kids sit there for hours waiting to be seen. I hope management looks into this.

Ms. Maria and Dr. Wilson were AMAZING!!!! HIGHLY recommend this office. They are very knowledgeable and kind and made the dental experience smooth for my 4yo. They offer nitrous oxide and have TVs in the treatment area.

No words can describe the degree of unprofessionalism, callousness, and blatant disregard for human suffering. I left their office with my extremely distressed three year old feeling a degree of disgust and outrage entirely new to me. My daughter and I arrived at the requested time to complete paperwork ahead of my daughter’s much needed appointment. I was handed about 17 pages of forms to complete and told to go outside. It was 87 degrees. Outside were families sitting on the dirty concrete trying to complete the forms in the sweltering heat with small Once I had finished the forms, I returned them to the front desk and told to go wait outside. Came early to appointment and then waited over an hour to be seen, multiple people went in in front of us, waiting room is small, carpet is dirty along with the walls, not enough seating. Staff is nice but the wait was horrible. Not enough chairs in the back for the amount of people the schedule for one day. Bathroom was nice though. They made the next appointment for right after lunch so we are the first people getting seen, so they do work with you but the wait was just frustrating, didnt leave till 4:30.
