Durham Dental Center

I have been going to Durham Dental for about 1 year now and they are absolutely amazing! The office staff is so pleasant and accommodating. I needed an emergency appointment and I got in the same day. The dental assistants and the hygienist are great. They really make you feel comfortable during your cleanings and procedures. Dr. Shadid is a phenomenal Dentist. He has a great sense of humor and does amazing work. I’ve had rough dental experiences from previous places but I have always had a great experience at Durham Dental.

Dr D & his staff have been God sent! They always greet meet with a smile & warm welcome. I previously went to a dentist that told me most of my teeth with cavities could not be saved. Dr. D & his staff have been working hard on repairing them with root canals & fillings. I will forever be greatful for finding this place! I highly recommend Durham Dental.

Very unprofessional location. I called because I need an emergency appointment and they are open on Mondays till 7PM. Two times now the doctor has canceled my appointment. The first time was snow , ok thats understandable. But then I get a call today asking to reschedule because the doctor decides when he wants to leave . I explained that #1 very unprofessional that the doctor cancels appointments that people schedule and wait for because he decides he wants to leave. The staff told me " he is the doctor, and he tells us when he wants to leave , I cant do anything about it i just relate the message". Very unprofessional business and doctor. Seriously is sad.

Today’s visit was great! I went in for an implant consultation, definitely nervous, but the staff was friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the minute I walked in the door. From the front desk to the Dr himself! The dental assistant was diligent with her work and the Dr was informative and straight forward about the procedure he’d perform. Looking forward to working with the Dr. Deifallah and his team to pop this chiclet back in! Thank you guys at Durham Dental

I called this morning for an appointment and was able to be seen this afternoon. The hygienest was courteous thorough and fast. Dr. D also was courteous and thorough. Very pleasant experience.
