Excruciating Bliss! I have had hundreds of styles of body work. John is a Thai massage conduit. I showed up with my breath in control and a Powerful interconnectedness and weaving occurred🌬️ when I show up and allow myself to be a canvas and my breath to be my only focus, The art that is created between practitioner and patron is to be shared. Community bodywork is a welcoming and peaceful space, as was my massage therapist, Ruth Metz. Ruth has such a warm presence and her work is top notch! I have received traditional thai massage as well as table massage from Ruth and her work is outstanding. I highly recommend Ruth for either deep tissue massage or a therapeutic, relaxing massage.

My massage with John was the best massage I’ve ever had. I left feeling like I had been in a meditative state for two hours. He was able to read what my body needed as he went. It was a wonderful experience!
