Duncan Urology, Dr. Crimmins

Had a referral sent in and got a call from my provider than it was denied, so I called DU and asked for a reason and the receptionist Jackie was very short and rude. She kept repeating that the doctor will not be giving me a reason and that I just need to go elsewhere.

Dr. Crimmins and Dr. Duke even the front desk Jackie are all Amazing. I had a kidney stone blockage that caused horrible pain and they got me right on in and did surgery and I feel like amazing right when I came out of surgery. I was soooo happy and grateful. They are an amazing team that explained every detail of what was happening. I love them. Amanda Bartlett

After getting transferred to Integris in Okc from DRH by ambulance the surgeon apologized for this horrible man. I can’t even refer to him as a Dr. 3 times my wife went in to DRH for kidney stones, each time they referred her to him but he wouldn’t even speak to her. The 3rd time they found she was infected and the ER Dr put a call into him but he was “busy at a family function,” late into the evening. During transit to Integris her BP bottomed out at 50/40. We almost lost her. She was septic. After surgery at Integris we got a call from DRH saying that they just discovered on her 2nd ER visit that she had an internal infection and needed to get into an ER ASAP. Unbelievable. The urologist at Integris told us he had called the admin at DRH to warn them about this severe neglect. I’ve poste

I had the Holep laser surgery at St. Francis, in Tulsa. Leaked seriously for 6 to 9 months, it finally slowed down to moderately. Then it became a serious problem where it took me 5 to 10 minutes to void sufficiently. A stricture and scar tissue grew and became the problem about 8 to 9 months. I had to see Dr. Crimmins in Duncan to correct my problems and then I was able to pee like a young man again, in my 70’s now. I would recommend Dr. Crimmins over anyone in Lawton, Altus, or the one out of Tulsa . My advice, there are about a dozen different procedures Urologist do on men . Read and study, and watch on YouTube before you let a doctor make the decision for you. If you have cancer, your choices are limited. If I could give lower than a single star I would. It’s sad as we never even seen Dr. Crimmins, because when we called the receptionist told us we needed to go to Lawton as they ONLY treat local people. She was very rude throughout the phone call. I do plan on calling Duncan Regional Hospital to report this. We were referred to him by 2 friends that spoke highly of him but we will never know.
