Duke Urgent Care Croasdaile

I was expecting a long delay before being attended to. It went really quickly. I was impressed by Scott, NP. Who was very competent and spent time to provide a thorough assessment of my case and carefully laid out a treatment plan. Was not expecting this level of care at an urgent care clinic.

My experiences at Duke Urgent Care Croasdaile have been A+ on all levels. I was in their facility three times last week for a severe leg wound. My several providers Andy, Naomi and April are exemplary. From the intake, treatment and post instructions, I was treated with care, compassion and knowledge of my specific situation. I am thankful for this venue and the wonderful providers it offers. In addition the office personnel is wonderful as well. Organized, patient and kind. Kudos to all.

Joe and Ray were so helpful today and it was a such a good decision to go to urgent care. I was miserable for more than 3 days vomiting aching everywhere and not being able keep down fluids, and feeling dizzy. Joe ordered tests and it was determined that I have the flu. I received IV saline as well as a prescription for nausea. I am feeling so much better (after the IV) and seem to be turning around, and am grateful to the entire team. Ray had set up the best IV I’ve ever had. The nurses I saw were super skilled in blood drawing and are great as well. And I feel better knowing that I can get quality care during the weekend and off hours as well.

Dr Mony Surbhi and the staff nurse were highly professional. The provide me explanation on my itching and they patient to answer all my questions and concern. I will rate their client service 100%. My second time of visiting the urgent care branch and am always happy to come back. I recommend them for excellent awards.

Hands down, best urgent care experience of my life! All steps/interactions were handled with such care & efficiency. From the check-in to triage to doctor evaluation to x-rays... Every single staff member [and the other patients in line] made us feel comfortable and confident of the care we were receiving. THANK YOU!! 💙 A grateful mama
