The Echocardiagram technician by the name of Tyana Alexander needs further training on the courteous way to treat patients with the reminder that often patients have anxiety regarding their condition and treatments. She called me to the clinic by shouting my last name. If she cannot pronounce a first name, use Mr or MS or Mrs. with the last name. She never introduced herself. She never spoke to me except for abrupt instruction during the test. She appeared tired, disgruntled, bored, unhappy. There was no conversation. When the exam was over, she remainedin the room while I uncomfortably cleaned myself up and got dressed. She never excused herself. Her supervisor should train her on proper manners. I will avoid this facility in the future. My cardiologist is at Arringdon, thank good

My first time hear. I was accompanying a family member. We were greeted and checked in promptly at the front desk. We waited five minutes to be called back to be seen by the doctor. The medical technician was great. We waited five minutes and the doctor arrived. The doctor was cordial and very thorough. It was a good experience.

I want to give a 5⭐️to the lady who handle setting up your appointments. I don’t know her name but from JUNE 2 when I first called to inquire about my referral that Durham Regional ER doctor told me on May 30th they were sending over for me to have a monitor placed. This lady at Triangle Heart has been so patient with me and even tried to help me since the ER doctors never put in the referral like they said. Triangle Heart this lady is a great asset to your company, so goes above and before to still try to help the patient no matter what the case maybe. I wish I had asked her her name so that I could put her in this review, but I talked to her on several different days to see about my referral and each time she was so patient and understanding with. I love triangle heart the doctors are amazing unfortunately the person who took my blood today was not happy about doing it maybe she was going on break or something when I came minimum eye contact and being sharp like move you arm do this but like I am not grown I am not a child get someone else that wants to be there. Didn’t greet me like everybody else just nasty I hate this because the doctor and the other staff is amazing

I am just not pleased with this practice , I switched providers . Was looking forward to see Dr Doss , however I had an emergency visit and needed a cardiac follow up, so they got me in rather quickly however canceled my visit with Dr Doss! And this follow up visit still wasn't with her it was with her assistant, who bedside manner was NOT IT! I'm just really over this practice . It's always rude customer service , long wait times and hen you're on time , provider never listens to you, doesn't calm your fears. And it takes your forever to be seen here again, I mean MONTHS AND MONTHS Out! This pa was running my pressure up , suggesting to me different things , I mean just terrible experience.
