I had a very good visit with Dr. But i must say this office is doing a billing scam... I went there for my annual physical visit. I received a bill and its exhorbidant for 15/30 min dr visit... I have never seen any provider charging this much for Physical exam... My bill from duke is 1356 .. Sweetwater is a beautiful new facility. The front desk staff is Professional and courteous. However, I find that the Dr , DO staff is hurried and uncaring. I would not recommend this practice if you want concerning, genuine care!

The office was very clean and well organized. The staff was extremely kind, friendly and helpful. I appreciate that you can either check in yourself at a kiosk or in person with the front desk. Everything was on schedule with no wait. The providers really care and take the time to address everything, the first time in years that I have sat down with a medical team and didn't feel rushed or that they had to leave. Dr. Patidar and his team are amazing and I am glad that I found them.
