I've only had positive experiences at this clinic. I see Dr. Hoffman, he and his team are wonderful to work with. He takes his time and really cares about his patients. Also, the front desk staff has been friendly and helpful and they even squeezed me in one day when I showed up accidentally at the wrong time. I definitely recommend this spot! The clinic is also very clean.

I have been using them for about 2 years, since that time I have used 2 pcp. Now need a 3rd one due to high turnover. The care and communication has become inconsistent and getting refills for meds is difficult. With such a high turnover, you would think they would be more organized and equipped to deal with these hurdles. Clearly not.

Poor scheduling over crowded lack of care. Staff and doctors do not work together to provide decent care. Appointments are scheduled so far out. Nursing staff shouldn't be taking calls if they do nor understand English

This was my worst care experience yet. I was seen timely due to the nature of care I needed however the nurse practitioner took a 20 second look at me and said there is nothing they can do and only prescribed the same meds that did not work before. No effort of testing or referral to a specialist who could try to get to the root of the problem was given... the attitude received is as if she did not even care. Why was I told I needed to be seen within a few hours by the nurse on call if that was all that was going to happen? If you can, go elsewhere. Maybe they are overworked here so quality care suffers.This visit was not worth the bill. Disappointed in what I thought was a quality care provider.

I came here to get blood work done. Even though this is not the usual location I go to I was checked in immediately, had blood drawn, and was out the door in 15 minutes. Test results were ready very quickly too. I am considering making this the new location I go to. Receptionist and nurse were both awesome.
