Duke Primary Care Sage Road Pediatrics

My teen daughter has been coming here for a few years now. We have an amazing Doctor named Dr. Sally but the main reason for my reveiw is our nurse Nicki is the absolute best!! She is so friendly and got us in and out fast. She is the best with shots as well. Thank you both for being so awesome!!!

We transferred care to this location and because we moved to Cary and I am very impressed. We have Dr. Sally and I would definitely recommend him. He is very patient and personable, Everyone that I have encountered at this location have been amazing. From the front desk staff, to the lab staff to the CMA/nurses. Everyone was amazing. Would 100% recommend if you are looking for a pediatrician for your child.

Dr. Edmonston and Dr. Fiacco are both amazing providers. Nurses are great too. If there are ever long wait times, it's just because they are slammed during flu/RSV season, etc. They don't rush you out the door - they're efficient and care!

Don't go there. You will get a surprise bill of $$$$ after your kids wellness check/vaccine visit and they will tell you it's your responsibilities to check if the Dr is your insurance network. Oh yeah, they took all your insurance information before making the appointment and didn't bother to check or tell you anything about the insurance. Even the insurance BCBS-NC is listed in their accepted insurance. Still after two months, a $$$$ bill comes to your door. Duke, I'm very disappointed with your service. And this is how the health care/insurance system got screwed in this nation.

Very long wait times. 40min+ past appointment time and no care in sight. Quicker for some other patients. Overall not a good experience. Some other patients wanted to drop off samples for the lab, but they were sent away due to the absence of a lab technician. The actual care was good.
