The spanish young lady that sits in the far left desk ALWAYS has an attitude every time I come in. I came in today for a visit to my PCP but she was unable to check me in and sent me to Richard for check in. When Richard attempted to check me in, he was unable to do so because she was still in my chart. I asked if she was able to call IT to assist and she responded with serous attitude stating that she had to log back into her computer to call IT. After standing for a while I asked Richard if he could make a copy of my cards so that I can sit down. He stated that there was a chair that and I could sit there. I stated that I didn’t want to keep getting up and down. As someone who has chronic back issues, standing and going from sitting to standing positions cause me pain. Richard then gave

When I arrived (3:48pm) yesterday, I overheard the front desk workers talking about the Lab Tech wanting to close the lab earlier knowing there was still at 4pm appt for a physical, which requires blood to be drawn. I was hoping they were just gossiping but after waiting for 20 min for the doctor to see me, she told me the lab closed earlier due to inclement weather. The inclement weather was not predicted for Friday at all, it was for Saturday. I am very upset about this because I had to request time off at work and now I am going to have to do this again to get my blood drawn on a different day. In addition, I haven't been feeling well and it was imperative that I got my labs done ASAP, and now that has to wait. This is unacceptable and I wish there would have been an office manager on-s

The level of care has been great, but their service has gone downhill over the past year. Michael McLean and my Cardiologist agreed upon a medication to help get my type 2 diabetes under control, but I’ve needed a refill over the past three weeks and McLean has really dropped the ball. I’ve emailed numerous times to get this resolved and his nurse continues replying to me, just punting me down the field each time with “we are working on this and check back in a few days if you haven’t heard back”. This is very frustrating and i am getting no assistance from anyone at that office. You’re better off finding another primary care that takes their patients seriously.

I had a deeply concerning experience with Duke Primary Care Morrisville that I feel compelled to share, especially regarding their handling of care for veterans. The provider's actions (Dr. Ganta) and staff—or lack thereof—led to significant delays, misdiagnoses, and the withholding of necessary treatments, which ultimately resulted in the need for emergency care. Below is a summary of the issues I encountered: Delayed Treatment & Failure to Provide Necessary Care: The provider delayed essential treatment, stating that referrals were "sitting on her desk" because veterans "need every little thing," and implying that the care of veterans was somehow more burdensome. This explanation, while unprofessional, led to critical delays in receiving proper care. Despite worsening symptoms, the prov

I’ve been a patient here for quite a few years. I’m having to find a new pcp as my pcp of over 5 years is no longer capable of addressing my needs. Over the years there have been mishaps and mistreatments. A physician (Dr Cesaire) accused me of attempting to lie to receive short term disability, in spite of my over 10yr battle, well-documented battle with this illness. I’ve been overcharged, charged for lab only visits, and had labs get mixed up. I was shamed by a nurse after an assault when I pursued care. I remained a patient here because I thought I developed a decent relationship with my pcp until recently. I am very disappointed in my most recent visit and lack of communication and follow up afterwards. I am not sure that it is the fault of my pcp, but I do believe it is time for me
