Duke Pediatric Dermatology Patterson Place

They clearly don’t care about their patients. We are existing patients who needed to follow up on a treatment plan. When we called to schedule an appointment, we were told that the doctor we had been seeing no longer works at the clinic — and instead of offering any continuity of care, we were told we’d have to start over as new patients and the next available appointment would be in 2026. Seriously?Absolutely unacceptable. This is not how a reputable clinic should treat patients, especially children. Very disappointed.

My young daughter has suffered from severe eczema since she was a baby. I am blown away by our Doctors professionalism and care. I get upset sometimes worring about her skin, but I always feel relieved when I visit the office. Our doctor always makes us feel at ease and her skin is getting so much better. Very happy here. In fact I drive over 2.5 hrs to come here .

TERRIBLE!!!! ABSOLUTELY NO STARS!!!!! You better hope you have time because it will take you a year and a half to get into this place. Then the staff does not advocate for the patient and could care less if they get your business or not because they still get their pay check. Duke is suppose to be one of the best but they should can not pick a staff when it comes to this office. TERRIBLE!!!!

Dr. Bellet is an amazing Doctor. I only have good things to say about her and the staff. She's my daughter Detmatology for almost 3 years now and I won't change her. My daughter was diagnosed with PHACE Syndrome when she was almost 9 months I believe. Anyways, Dr. Bellet made it so much easier to deal with the situation. Specially cause I was going through it alone cause my husband was deploy and my baby girl was going through so much testing and procedures. Every time I call them and I have a question, Dr. Bellet or one of the nurses would call me back. When my daughter have an appointment and we go to the office they always friendly with us and made us feel like they really care about my little one. I'm really greatfull to have her as my daughter's dermatology. I will recommend to give t

I just don't know what to begin... There is just so much to my experience that I don't have time to write all out... .From the rude staff to Dr. Bellet not getting back to me timely - going to this facility is just not worth it. Plus Duke sends out everything to their hospital causing hospital fees toward your insurance on TOP of the copay!! Ridiculous!! This has been a common gripe for Duke facilities so do yourself a favor and read the reviews and go somewhere else.
