Kaylen the nurse and Dr.Matt was amazing ! Very attentive, good at conversation and listened to what I felt and had to say ! I was very appreciative for this location because other ones I have been at have not been this great!

Great staff, explains everything in great detail and listens to you as the patient. Highly recommended

My appointment was scheduled by my employer so my experience is based on showing up, doing my medical checkup then leaving. The only negative I'd give was how unsure I was about being in the right location. If I was not given directions by my employer prior to my appointment, based off the front door outside, ans the hallway to the office, it's just a bit weird. The lady at reception was very polite to me. Gave me my papers to fill out. She was also polite when I returned my papers and at the end of my checkin. My first nurse had the same name as me. She was funny. My follow up nurse for nice as well. I didn't have any issues during my appointment. I'd consider it pretty fast. But I guess that's individual to why you would show up.

They are in no rush and do not want your business. Why can't I speak to someone when I call? Why do I need to be called back? Why can't I schedule this online? Bureaucrats. Sorry for dropping the b word there but it's true. The nurses were great though.
