I've been seeing formerly Dr. Hillenbrand, now McDonough for about three years for HIV/AIDS mitigation. She is a fantastic Dr. My only concern is the fact that the front desk only has two people working it, and the phones are often too busy to get a line through. Great place if you need quality infectious disease care.

Saw Dr. Nehaus, totally unimpressed with her and her skills, doesn't listen to the patient, and doesn't know how to deal with a complex case. Evidently you have to be on deaths doorstep to even be considered for help and help is still not a guarantee. I was basically told to come back when it got worse. I wouldn't bring my cat to see her or this clinic. If you need an infectious disease doctor, don't waste your time and money going here, go elsewhere

I found myself saddled with hundreds of dollars in medical bills as a result of my attempt to look into Prep. I have been fighting with the hospital and Clinic 1k for MONTHS now to have this bill taken care of. Nancy Langman, the so-called Financial Counselor for the clinic, did not return my calls for over three weeks, even after I left numerous voicemails pleading fo

This department needs to hire more people, everytime I call I am either put on hold for more than 20-30 mins or I am transferred to someone who doesn’t answer their call. So I have to call again. It’s really frustrating and unprofessional.

It was clean. Felt like I was in an old basement.
