I have to agree with other reviewers regarding the staff of this practice. The staff are non responsive to any requests for assistance calling in medication changes as well as following up with any medical questions or concerns. They can be rude and seem to be bothered by the simple task of simply checking the patient out after an appointment. Too bad as I believe the physicians in the office deserve better support staff.

I really like Dr Salter. He such a solid person & a great Dr. But like every review on here, it's not the Dr or the care they provide, it's the STAFF. The staff is awful, unprofessional and seemingly set on ruining this practice's reputation. They don't return phone calls, I've always had a problem with them communicating with my pharmacy about refilling prescriptions, they randomly send bills I've already paid, and they're just plain rude/uncaring. It's comical at this point. And I really gave them the benefit of the doubt... I really really tried! I worked in Healthcare, so I understand how hard it can be. But to make it in this profession, at baseline, you need to care/have empathy. Honestly, I'm sure Duke health or whomever is going to comment back to call them and try to figure out w

I am really upset. They keep rejecting my prescription refill requests. I can't get a hold of anybody and am wondering if the office is still open! At least inform your patients if you are no longer in business!!!!!!!!! If I could give zero stars -I would!

This place went downhill. I honestly think they refused to give me anything in order to force me to spend a bunch of money unnecessarily at their sister institution, duke hospital.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! One of the worst medical practices and group of physicians in or around Charlotte. From cancelling appointments last minute to NOT filling prescriptions or having the professionalism to communicate to their patients, it’s bad from top to bottom here. I’ve been going to this place for 17 months and I keep giving them another chance, but it’s not worth the time or frustration. You’re just a number here and they could care less about how you feel, what you’re going through and worst of all, helping you when you need it most. Do yourself a favor and find another PCP.
