I had the absolute best experience at Duke Health, from the front desk receptionist to the medical assistant's and the doctor's. I have truly never been treated with such kindness, compassion, and care. I know they see so many patients every single day, but I never once felt like “just another patient.” I felt genuinely seen, heard, and respected while discussing the medical issues I was experiencing. They took the time to listen, explain, and offer thoughtful recommendations — and after following their guidance, my life is honestly a million times better. I want to give a heartfelt thank you to Amy Nicole Broach, MD, and Raven Sharie Jones, NP. You are both incredible, and I cannot thank you enough for helping give me my life back!

Dr.li did two surgeries on me. After the surgeries I was left with chronic neuropathy and clawing fingers. When I told him about what was happening he,nor his staff did anything to correct the clawing or the chronic neuropathy I was left with. I want to thank Duke health and it's doctors for leaving me crippled and unable to return to work. Don't ever let dr.li lay a hand on you.che is not what he says he w is. We had a very disappointing experience with a phlebotomist named Selma during my mother’s blood draw. She missed the vein on the first attempt, which can happen, but her attitude afterward was unacceptable. When my mother calmly suggested using her other arm to avoid being pricked and missed again, Selma responded rudely and said something along the lines of, “Don’t tell me how to do my job,” in an arrogant tone. My mother was already uncomfortable, and this only made things worse. When she asked for Selma’s name, Selma abruptly said, “We are done here,” and walked away. The only reason we later knew her name was because we ran into a staff member we know at the clinic who works with her. Patients don't deserve to be treated with this type of disrespect and carelessness, and this experie

I've had great encounters with expert professional staff. While this is a big building and I haven't been everywhere, where I have encountered staff has been a positive experience. The facility is still clean and quality, even in high volume periods. Reception has been friendly, professional, expert, and fast! One helpful male staff at the labs front desk (09/2025) went WAY above and beyond to help me get taken care of when it was ME who made a calendar / scheduling error. PCP has been great thus far, and my physician is professional, knowledgeable, and personable. [Opinion: They should really make the upper level deck in front of the doors one-way & drop-off only. I see people missing stop signs and creating gridlock. It's always crazy over there and I just go park off in the corner aw

This review is specifically for Andreas Remis, who took time with me to help me understand what was going on with a back injury. Dr Remis encouraged me with helpful, specific exercises to get back to life with less fear about reinjuring the same area and more hope that I can continue building strength and mobility into middle age as an active non-athlete.
