Duke Endoscopy Clinic - Clinic 2H

I had an upper endoscopy at this clinic today and it's kinda hard to explain how great the experience was other than to say I don't believe I've ever had a better experience anywhere ,everyone that was involved in my procedure was amazing from being checked in to being wheeled out to my vehicle. everyone I had any contact with could not have been any nicer, friendlier and caring. from the moment I walked in I was put at ease and I just knew I was in good hands and was going to be cared for like I was one of their own family members , It usually takes me a little while to be comfortable around people I've never met before but from the first hello to the last take care Jeff.. I felt like I was talking to people I'd known all my life and as I said earlier everyone I had contact was great but

We were recently over at this Clinic and everyone that cared for my family member was kind and gracious! However, there was one individual that took it up a notch. That was David the transporter that brought my sister to the car. He was so professional and yet it I felt that we were visiting his “Home”. Thank you for caring enough to employ those who are in service to others. It shows!

(1) Valet Parking was well worth the $9! HOWEVER, get there early. And get that kind Valet Ambassador some help!! (2) To the check-in folks & security on the first floor: This was my first visit. I had no idea where to go. Don't act like I am bothering you when I have to ask! (3) Once we found Clinic 2H on the 2nd floor, it was a different world. The young man that check me in was so friendly and kind. Clone him! From that point on, everyone I came into contact with were exceptionally kind, helpful, and professional. Thank you so much!

Everyone performed in a professional manner. Grateful that the nurse called the IV unit to hook up IV rather than to stick me several times. Great experience.

I has my colonoscopy done at the Duke South Gastroenterology Clinic 2H. It was a very pleasant experience. Every member of the staff from the patients transporting, receptionist, nurses, doctors were the most caring and professional people. I thoughly enjoyed my visit.
