Duke Clinic

Duke Clinic and Duke Hospital is the best hospital and clinic I could ever go to. I live in Greenville NC and had to get airlifted to Duke in 2018, with End Stage Congestive Heart Failure, FIRST ALL GLORY AND HONOR GOES TO GOD! Secondly, God used the doctors and nurses at Duke to assist in saving my life and keeping me alive. I’ve had a LVAD, heart transplant, rejections (due to my own personal reasons), and so much more! They have taken the upmost care for me. I know if I’d stayed in Greenville I would not be alive today! The best doctors, surgeons, and nurses!!!!

Patient drop off and pickup is very confusing. I once dropped off in front of bldg 40 but was in the Valet lane. So today I dropped off Patient in front of bldg 40 from the through lane. The crossing guard hassle us. We took two seconds to drop off and 2 seconds to pickup. Patient drop off and pick up is very unorganized. I'm not making my Patient walk any farther than necessary and not parking in the garage for a drop off or pickup.

I do not go to hospitals often. I try to avoid them as much as I can. A shoulder injury has me going here for treatment. Well the Valet is fast, convenient, and courteous. The Covid protocols are in place.

The Duke clinic provides world-class care. The physicians are intelligent and compassionate. They listen to me. I wouldn't go anywhere else with my complicated medical history. This facility has kept me alive for more than 40 years past my life expectancy. I can't offer a more relevant observation than that.

Duke Health System thinks they are above the constitution. More specifically the freedom of speech… Last time I checked we still had that right. But according to them if you exercise you rights of freedom of speech they will write you up and put you on administrative leave while they “investigate”. Sounds a lot like “abusing their power”.
