Tarshona Bernice stevens,MD It has been such disappointing appointment, she was not listen or paying attention to my questions and concerns regarding my toddler. Nurses have been way more professional than Tarshona. She was late and also did not addressed my concerns.

I would not recommend any person of color to have their child examined by Jacqueline Stewart. She is bias and is power hungry. When she feels as though you are not listening to her medical opinion she will weaponize her power by reporting the parents to CPS. She is not to be trusted as a med peds provider. Her bedside manner is rigid, intolerant, rude. She is a repeat offender, she will continue to abuse her medical power as long as she has her license and is represented by the Duke Corporation. She thinks she knows everything, she’s terrible with communication, she lacks relatability. I’m sure there are some great providers at this establishment but Jacqueline is not one of them. If your child is ever scheduled with her I suggest you change her from being their primary provider immediate

The fact I was so neglected here, is so heartbreaking. Thank God for my new doctor. I had 2 cyst in my right ovary which I wasn’t told, until I had to go UNC emergency room because I could barely walk, that’s when they let me know one had irrupt. But I didn’t understand why I wasn’t told this, I had just seen a OB/GYN two weeks prior to going to the emergency room. Who Dr.Burns referred me to. Then I wasn’t even aware that I had mass on my pituitary gland. Which was told to me at UNC emergency room as well. I did a MRI back in 11/11/22 after complaining for 6 months about severe pain and headaches. When the MRI came back. There were no follow up steps with a neurologist or endocrine doctor. Instead, they scheduled me for a breast mammogram 2/7/2023. Which didn’t make any sense. There was

i’ve been going to Duke pediatrician since i was a baby. My Primary Doctor which is Dr.Richard chung wasn’t available and i needed a urgent appointment based on my current health condition. Dr.Benjamin Redpath & Dr.Edward Evans had assisted me and when I say THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! they was very rude to me, I came in at 1:35 and I left at 4:15 I didn’t get no type of service and I made a prior appointment a week ahead of time letting them know the problem and what I was being seen for. I deal with anxiety and Depression and I felt as if they didn’t care. when it’s there job to help and assist me. THEY literally called security on me because I refused to leave without help. and the crazy part about the security officer even told me that’s not fair I have rights too!!!

Weird service. Doesn’t even care about kids.
