Duke Children's Health Center Retail Pharmacy

Duke Children's Health Center is where my daughter has most of her medical appointments. The staff is very friendly, the waiting areas, testing rooms (MRI and other type rooms), and exam rooms are all kept clean. I'm very happy to have such a great group of people on our side. The only downfall is parking. The parking lot attached to this building is small and has few handicapped places to park. I've not tried the parking garage because it is across the street and we have a lot of equipment we travel with. There is valet parking but I can't pay $9 every trip.

This pharmacy is the worse. They don't know what their doing. They lie to customers. Semd meds to the wrong address. And they don't send out meds the same day. They should really provide a curbside side pick up. This place is so inconvenient for people that have young children and for the disabled. The management here need to do a better job. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone...im forced to get my daughters meds here due to compounding.

There medication formulas are great. I just wish they were faster with medication .I have had 1 lady make my son medication in 10 mins after I told her my transportation issue. Others seem to still make me wait a extra 2 hours after my appointment.

Such a delightful group of people at this pharmacy and courteous and professional all the while making you feel so taken care of, I was so happy to meet everyone in person. Thank you all for everything you do for your patients 😊🤗

Be patient with the staff(a.) they deal with the pushiest people(b.) on the planet every single day. a.) Wonderfully Helpful people who will drop everything to help out. b.) All of us who are the parents of sick kids :)
