For allergy shots (which are weekly to biweekly) you have to sign in at a kiosk right in front of the front desk staff, and then wait to talk to them to make the next appointment. It takes longer and is more burdensome for patients. I recognize it’s probably Big Duke being dumb and not the clinic’s decision.

I saw Dr. Collier and it was a terrible experience. She was rude, dismissive, and very inexperienced about allergies. Asking any questions or getting any real functional help was impossible because she only seemed to know how to prescribe meds. I have since saw someone else and the experience was night and day difference, as well I’m getting REAL help for fixing my allergies. I’ll never see her again because I refuse to be disrespected by any medical provider.

I saw Dr Sarah Johnson and like another reviewer mentions found her to be arrogant, dismissive and I felt she did not listen to a word I said. She changed the way I recieve IG product to SCIG despite me stating 5 TIMES it did not work for me in the past and I got very sick. She pushed this treatment on me, and when it made me very sick she had no other plan and made untrue statement about how CVID is treated now in general. If you have a complicated immune deficiency. I not sure I can recommend going to this doctor but she might be able to help you to established as a new patient, which is helpful. Disappointing, BUT the doctor did have some very precise immune tests run through Mayo clinic making they poor communication tolerable.

I have been visiting this place once a year for about 9 years now. Always clean and neat. Never that l had any issues starting from scheduling, rescheduling (because life happens), or visits. From the front desk to Dr. Radojicic's nurses - l encountered nothing less but politeness, professionalism, and hearts to help. I trust Dr. Radojicic with HEA and treatment. Dr. Radojicic is an exceptional specialist, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly attentive. I felt heard, cared for, and confident in the treatment plan. Highly recommended.

Trying to schedule allergy shot appointments here is difficult. The last appointment time is 4:30pm and the first is 8am. Not easily accessible for folks who work full time during normal business hours. Staff don’t often let me book ahead and when they do let me book a new week, it is already booked up. Once I had to reschedule a couple appts due to them being in the middle of the work day during a busy season. Folks at the front desk laughed and made snide comments as I walked away. Aside from the difficulties scheduling, I felt that was unprofessional and rude.
