Duke Ambulatory Surgery Center Arringdon

I’m trying to find the words to express how perfect my surgery day went because of the staff here. Not only because of Dr Cendales, but the entire team of amazing individuals that I interacted with, from check-in to being escorted out to my family. I wish I remembered everyone’s name so that I could thank them for their kindness and care individually, but they all combined to create the most caring and empathetic environment I could have experienced for a touchy surgery day. I cannot recommend this clinic enough! I wrote Dr Cendales a separate review as well.

My nurses Robin and Juan were FANTASTIC! Duke is so professional, caring - so on top of your every need. Timely - efficient. My surgical and anesthesia teams were OUTSTANDING! Every person took the time to explain what was going to happen, answered questions. My experience at Duke is without a doubt the best treatment I have ever received.

Everyone was wonderful from those that called for questions and to go over things, to the sweet lady at the front desk, to all the nurses(especially Elisa), the anesthesia team, and my doctor. This was a great experience! Much better than my experience in Charlotte years ago. I felt safe and cared for! It was also nice to be able to do this outside the hospital.

Incredible experience, twice - two separate procedures. The professionalism, level of care, technical expertise, and compassion were incredible, both times - literally state-of-the-art. If you need care, and your needs are in their field, you will be fortunate to have them care for you. The entire staff, from G-L-O-R-I-A at the check-in desk, to the after-care team, should all be immensely proud to be part of this facility. My only complaint was that I asked for a to-go cup with that awesome sedation they used and they wouldn't give me one! (That is a joke, BTW. In fact I had no complaints at all.)

The professional service provided by each department up to and including non-medical staff exceeded my expectations. The brief period I was there as an outpatient, made me feel welcomed which relatively led to awesome care and a impressive experience.
