Duane Reade Pharmacy

Warning to anyone considering this pharmacy: avoid it if you can. The staff are unprofessional, dismissive, and completely lacking in customer service. Instead of answering questions or offering clear explanations, they roll their eyes and give attitude. This behavior is unacceptable in any business, but especially in a healthcare setting where people rely on accurate information and respect. I strongly recommend going elsewhere if you want to be treated properly.

Nothing in life is perfect, so only 4 stars! But this store always have what I need! The one near my house never does! Great sales! And the staff I’ve encountered have been kind and patient. Especially Crystal who took so much time helping me decide on something I needed! Thank you!

The security guards are terrible at their jobs. I clearly robbed the place with a double sized can of Steel Reserve only being $1.99. Are you sure that I am not back in Delaware? Ms. Mahamuda also provided a decent checkout experience.

Extremely rude over the phone. “We are very busy, gotta go, bye” and hung up on me. Go somewhere else - anywhere else.
