Duane Reade Pharmacy

For 2 days I have been calling the pharmacy. 9 times I got put on hold for about 20 minutes and then someone picks up and hangs up. I am very sick and just needed my prescriptions filled and delivered. I finally ended up taking an uber there to pick them up myself. The woman behind the register was so rude and unkind for no reason at all. She could see I'm sick but huffed when I took a few seconds to locate the pick up code on my phone. When I asked her if there was a reason they weren't delivering today she replied, "I dont know. You need to do that online". I tried explaining to her that it wasn't possible online and she honestly said, without even looking at me, "that's not my problem" and called the next person to step up while I was still gathering my items. The Duane Reade pharmacy/Walgreens located at Beach channel Drive in Beach 116th St. this is my preferred pharmacy’s location. It is Convenient for me & Their Pharmacy Hours are Opened till 9 PM and it makes it easier to pick up your prescriptions In the same day as Your Doctors Appointments. At this Location I have parking available and pretty good sales.

The Cashier was extremely rude and disrespectful for no reason. She doesn’t know how to talk and treat Customers. I wish there was an option to leave 0 Stars. Not coming back and I don’t recommend this Place. You should be very careful with who you hiring. Very unprofessional.
