Drug Co Pharmacy

This is the worst pharmacy I have encounter. Sadly my son doctor sent his prescription to this bad place. They called me saying they had the prescription with them. I asked them to msg me their address and they fail to do so. It has been almost 2 weeks so I reach them again about that. Again, they failed to send me the address. I head over @12:10 monday march 11. I go to the front and right away I hand over my sons insurance card and the lady there takes it. I got puzzled when she didn't even stayed at the front or reviewed it. I mean they said they were going to ask for it. 10 min pass and I heard the pharmacist being so rude that the last name and DOB doesn't match. I told them, ok you took my cards and didn't bother to look at them first. She was acting so unprofessional and just wasted

If I could give them negative 5 stars I would. I am in Menopause, so that's bad enough. They lied and told me that the FDA stopped allowing me to get the mixture of Estrogen that my DR has been giving me for 4 years. They said I needed to get the Dr to change it. They said that Estoril was on the banned list. My Dr changed to just Estradiol. Well it wasn't working for me at all. My Dr asked me to get the mixture they had been giving me so he can come up with something else and do the research. Drugco fought me on giving me the mixture, mind you it is not a proprietary blend. The only reason My Dr couldn't' look it up is they were part of the Palomar Hack and couldn't get into old records. I explained this and they kept saying NO. I finally said don't make me be one of those that go viral

EDIT... I received a card in the mail with an apology for the issues I experienced and decided to take another chance. This pharmacy has really gone above and beyond to fix every issue and make sure that I am treated with respect and dignity. I recently switched to this pharmacy because I was tired of CVS. They are friendly, but not very helpful in being able to fill prescriptions timely. My doctor changed the dosage on one of my medications and instead of comparing the month before and calling me to check, they left me without the medication for a week. They also didn't tell me that I could pay cash for any uncovered medications. The final straw is because they messed up my last prescription, I have to wait until November 1st for my insurance company to switch over. It has been a nightma

Best place to get meds filled, super kind staff, super polite,helpful, always happy to help unlike those big name pharmacies....cvs!!!!!

Howard the Pharmacist is unprofessional and very rude and showed no empathy for the ill. My daughter needs her routine medicine to survive and he showed no compassion or understanding for the negligence on their end. I will never do business here again!
