Dr. Shrouf and Staff Thanks for the professional service and care given when my late brother Willie McKnight visited your office. We were always greeted with a warm smile whenever we came into your office. Dr. Shrouf you made Willie smile whenever being exemined in your office or in the hospital. I remember when first I met with you 7 years ago with Willie. Willie had a seizure in your office. I haven’t seen him have a seizure in many years. You put your arm on my shoulder and said you are in my office and he will be all right. I appreciate that because it shows how you care about your patients. All though he is now gone on to heaven I thank your staff for the care he received. It was exceptional. Clarence McKnight, Beloved brother and caregiver.

My mother’s first appointment today at Crooks Ave Office. My mom is 76 yrs old. Doctor is very patient, shows she genuinely cares. She takes her time and really looks at the at the whole picture. Office is very clean and staff is very professional and friendly. Lillian’s is very knowledgeable and was able to explain and translate for my mother.

I didn’t get a chance to meet the doctor but my review based on the staff as it ends up I left and cancelled my appointment because staff was very rude not helpful as I have been waiting until they check my insurance card and asked a question is this will take long. She goes yes will take long and you better reschedule. At this point I realize this is not the place that I’ll trust and cancelled my appointment !!!
