I Just called because I’ve been waiting for my labs results for my job. All they say is wait on hold and then hang up the phone. I live 1 hour away to be having to show up personally just to check if the labs have arrived. The front desk keeps hanging up my calls like honestly so unprofessional. I love the doctor but the staff is just not doing his job right.

Doctor González should considered changing her whole front desk staff. They are playing with peoples health by changing their appointments that often are two weeks from the date it is made. They do not even notify patient prior appointment change, so you just go there and put yourself at risk of contracting COVID-19.

UNSANITARY. Just came from there after bringing family member for checkup. Assistant stated no water in building including sinks and bathrooms. when I asked what sanitary precautions the Dr. Is using, she stated that she doesn't know and go ask the Dr. Meanwhile, waiting room is full with patients to be seen by Dr. I would look elsewhere for medical care as there are more sanitary choices out there.

Front desk lady has a very nasty attitude, otherwise Ortiz is very good and would recommend him to anybody.

Expect a 5-6 hour wait if you're a walk in...
