Downtown Dental

I called on a short notice needing to get in before the end of the month. They were great about working with me, and even managed to get me in an hour early. The dentist took the time to show me x-rays and explain everything in detail. And the dental assistant was super nice! Overall recommend!

Dr. Esry and his staff are absolutely wonderful—friendly, professional, and attentive. I went in for cosmetic bonding to repair chipped teeth, and the results are amazing, see photo. The improvement is so noticeable, and I’m thrilled with how natural and seamless everything looks. Dr. Esry really listens and clearly knows what he’s doing. I’ve always had great experiences here, and this one was no exception!

If I could give 0 I would. Not sure why this doctor doesn't work with people with special needs but it's borderline disgusting. I saw a review where someone had a similar experience but because of the other raving reviews I didn't think too much about it. Had an issue, got my tooth extracted. Good to go. Then I started getting a low grade fever and additional pain. Talked to the dentist and primary care several times going back and forth about the fever. Finally the doctor said the dentist just needs to check, it could be dry socket. Called to the dentist they got me in right away that afternoon, I was really happy. Dentist looked, said everything was healing well. I have psychosomatism and mental health issues. I basically gave myself a fever. I explained why I was concerned, left feeling

My family felt like long time patients after our first visit. The dentist ACTUALLY took the time to body and assess our dental health. He didn't just take a quick glance and then unto the next patient. The hygienists were VERY instructive, patient, friendly & informative. This office and staff is a breath of fresh air compared to our last provider. Our last provider tested is like a cash cow. The hygienists spent an average of 10 - 15 minutes with us- "Wham bam thank you ma'am". I was charged an additional $40 for a "deep" cleaning, where the hygienist spent less than 15 minutes with me. I challenged the charge and wasn't given a reason other than "pay up". We started looking for a new family dentist!

Great experience. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Got in at my appointment time, which is always a Plus when you don’t have to wait. The hygienist was very thorough took her time and didn’t feel rushed. Definitely recommend.
