The facility is so disorganized that I had to submit the same vaccination records multiple times in a row. They keep requesting for the same document over and over again. This made the whole process very long and frustrating. The staffs do not listen to patient’s except for a lady called Mary and her sister. Wait times are completely unacceptable. I waited over 2 hours to be seen on 3/25 on the Urgent Care side which is a little more understandable. But I was told to come back on 4/1 for a follow up and HAD AN APPOINTMENT for 9:20. I was not seen until after 10:50. This is an utterly ridiculous amount of time to have to wait for what was ultimately a 5 minute checkup. What is the point of having an appointment at all if this is how the place is run? Furthermore, I filled out paperwork listing my issues and allergies to medications and then had to repeat them to one of the nurses and then had to repeat them again to the doctor when they finally showed up. Visited this medical center several times and unfortunately the front desk worker was consistently rude and brusque. Tried to communicate my needs several times and the desk worker would often interrupt me and curtly reply, failing to understand what I was trying to communicate. I went there for immigration medical exam services and the entire process took 3 months to complete due to the slow administrative work going on. I had to visit the medical center in-person several times to inquire about the status of my file so I could get my documents to my lawyers on time and multiple times they were missing parts of my file and twice they failed to fill out the appropriate sections on the forms. Neglect, is the best words. They don't follow proper protocol. I set and appointment over the phone on Thursday. She took my information and said not come in the doctor will call me. I waited all afternoon Friday. I even called first thing in the morning to confirm. They responded as soon as the doctor get in will tell her.
