I had a great experience at this dentist office from start to finish. The hygienist, Shakedra Segura, was amazing—super gentle, professional, and made me feel comfortable the entire time. Kay, the office manager, runs a smooth and organized office and was very helpful with any questions I had. Also shoutout to Denise at the front office—she was welcoming, friendly, and made check-in and check-out quick and easy. The whole team is professional and caring. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for great dental care!

Hello on my visit today at Dowland Oaks Dental, I was amazed and delighted to have find Dr Ferguson again since 2022, from the time I walked in staff greeted me with smiles and a pleasant greeting, the wait time was awesome just like I like it, my dental assistant was great, she knew her role well, she asked and explained everything very thoroughly, her presentation from start to finish was well noted, then when I saw it was really Dr Ferguson I was really in my comfort zone because he tells his clients exactly the truth, he’s very caring, and straightforward, I’m so glad to have found him. Overall the staff was amazing, office very clean, updated, and very friendly.

I have been going to this dentist for almost 5 years now! I enjoy going to this dentist’s office due to the flexibility and their staff. Dental Hygienist Shakedra has been doing my family and I’s cleanings for the last 5 years. She is friendly and great at what she does. Denise and Kay are super nice and friendly front desk staff! They are always willing to help with a smile!

My Experience with Dowlen Oaks Dental was absolutely wonderful today! Dr. Ferguson preformed my Root Canal treatment today without any complications. Very great conversations where had and every step of the procedure was explained with great detail. All staff for the office was very professional and down to earth.
