Dr. Mark Floyd was fantastic! My issues were addressed and a treatment plan was given. The office was pristine. Very clean the staff was very friendly and helpful. Most of all Dr. Floyd was extremely knowledgeable and had excellent bedside manner. I’ve gone to other orthopedic offices and none of them could compared to this one. Dovetail and Dr Santrock are a great team for a solution to your foot care needs! I had a bunyon repair after it needed to be corrected from the first one, about 20 years ago. It went smoothly and took a shorter time than what I had thought it would take. The staff and Dr are very attentive and give you their total attention to questions, and any needs that may arise. They are the BEST!

Dovetail Orthopedics was a wonderful experience. The staff are professional and friendly. Dr. Santrock took his time to examine my injury and talk through my concerns. He did a great job explaining his evaluation and the options for recovery. I would highly recommend them for orthopedic care.

My husband has received exceptional care from Dr. Santrock and from his nurse Jessica Harrison. The doctor has been quite frank with his diagnosis and was very thorough with his recommended treatment. The office is very clean and well organized. I was referred by my primary Dr for a consultation,I have been treated at the Mayo Clinic for several years we move here for the excellent service they provide especially the respect to their patients.Unfortunately my experience with Dr Santrock was very disappointing he was the most ruthless Dr I ever been in contact he barely he asked me what I was doing there I explained I was referred for answer to my current problem. His staff was super professional. I will consult with Mayo Clinic to get answers we have better treatment with our Vet in Fernandina he saw me outside in the hallway I already had all the MRI scans X-rays very sad day for me and my husband. Thanks my primary Dr and Mayo Clinic are the best in the world .They are kind and respectful..
