Dr. Mathew and her staff take care of my entire family. One of our family members used to drive all the way from North Carolina to be seen by the staff. They treat us like family for our various dental needs. The team is exceptional! They welcome us with a smile and provide a pod, professional, ultra clean, and inviting dental experience every time we have an appointment. We appreciate them for putting smiles on our faces and keeping them healthy!

I visited this dental clinic in the morning while experiencing severe dental pain. When we asked if there were any appointments available before nine, the receptionist christina replied in a sarcastic and dismissive tone, saying that if there were, she would have already informed us.While I understand scheduling limitations, the attitude was unnecessary.When a patient is in pain, basic courtesy and empathy go a long way. I did not feel comfortable proceeding with any dental work at this clinic. When it comes to healthcare, patients should feel comfortable asking questions, and this experience raised concerns about how patient communication is handled. I’ve been going to Dove Dental for a few years now. Very professional, fair pricing and have a great friendly attitude!

Waited 1 hour for appt made 3 weeks beforehand. Got there 10 minutes early to make sure I was on time. Waited 40 minutes, then was told it would only be another 10 minutes. Waited 15 more minutes w/o any updates. Got up and left after waiting 1 hour w/o any idea of when they would start my appt.

Scheduled appt - requested xrays from previous dentist as they were no longer on Ins. Emailed those and called back to confirm time as I never got an email, or text as a reminder. They sent email with no time listed on it. I was told 12:30. Arrived 30 mins early and filled out online paperwork. Walked in at 12:20 and was told my appt was at 12:00 and there is a 10 min grace period. Called back 3 times and sent request for call back once. I have heard nothing.
