I called his office to make an appointment and was asked if I take pain meds and would not be accepted if I do. I took them in the past due to needing knee,hip, and shoulder replacements and I have severe degeneration in spine with arthritis and slipped disks. So yes I've been on pain medication but don't take it daily and only when I can't take it anymore. I didn't bother with an appointment

HORRIBLE treatment from staff got interrupted every time I tried to explain my current conditions. When I asked if she knew what she was doing when she was drawing my blood she responded with “Have you ever worked in a doctor’s office? No, I don’t think so.” Her attitude in all, was absolutely degrading, don’t take your loved ones here!!!!!!!

Very first appointment - Zero communication during a 45 minute wait once in the exam room/vitals and checkin complete. No staff around to inquire where the doctor was. Ended up walking out without being seen. Very poor patient care.

When I tried to explain my symptoms (presumably COVID, but it wasn’t), the worker pointed a finger to my face and told me to leave, then ran out of the room. Another worker stood outside the door in another room with a clipboard covering their face. Absolutely cartoonishly unprofessional

I had a GREAT first experience with Dr. Douthit and his staff. My employer recently changed insurance companies and I needed to find a new physician. Luckily I was referred to Dr. Douthit, and I'm so happy I was! You can tell he really cares about his patients, and goes above and beyond to address any concerns you might have, and really takes the time to talk through things with you and answer any questions. Which is extremely refreshing compared to a lot of other healthcare providers where you're kind of just treated as another number & hustled in and out. The lady at the front desk was lovely, and made me feel right at home from the start. All in all a wonderful experience. 😊
