Douglasville Family Dental Center

Dr. crowe and his entire staff have always been excellent from their professionalism to their personal care and genuine concern. I’ve been a patient of his since I was eight years old. I am now 47 years old and have taken my own children to him as early as 2 years old. He’s an excellent dentist to children and adults. I would highly recommend him over any pediatric and adult dentist. His secretary, Sheila, is also awesome! She’s always been a great source of support, and very easy to work with; always working with the patients to get them in even on short notice. I would never think of going anywhere else. I’ve never had a negative experience in the 36 years as his patient, and my now teenage kids love him and his staff as much as I do ❤️

I had a dental emergency this morning and called about 3 different practices in Douglasville and this office was the only one that kindly took down my name and phone number and promised to call if there was a cancellation. To my pleasant surprise they were able to see me and Dr. McIntire resolved my issue quickly and successfully. I love my results and highly recommend this office and their staff!

I am very happy with the whole experience from making the appointment, excellent customer service, very professional, good rapport, not painful.... Dr Mckentyre is awesome. He is not pushy for what i need done. He tells me and lets me make my own decision as to when. I have been a client of the practice for 30 years or more and I am still happy! I had broken my tooth & to complicate things I had just moved here so I didn't have many friends for referrals. I went online & read reviews for different dental providers & chose Douglasville Family Dental Center. I was very happy with how they treated me. It was comfortable right from making the appointment to having the dental work done. I would highly recommend this dental office including referring my daughter. FYI Dr. Crow has a dry sense of humor.

I experienced an emergency and left a message via voicemail with the office on Monday. Later that evening, I received a text message contacting me regarding the message I left. The next day, I received an appointment scheduled for Wednesday. Angie was welcoming and took my dental x-ray. Dr. McIntire addressed the immediate fix and explained the process of next steps. I am very appreciative of getting my concern addressed quickly and now knowing the sender of my text. Thank you Douglasville Family Dental Center!!
