DOT Physical Exam 80 Dollars In&Out Service

Called location on Euclid Ave in Ontario, Calif, which says DOT physicals on Google map, and I was told they only do DOT physicals at Fontana and San Bernardino locations and cash only.

They don't Dot exams. They should post it on their page, so people don't waste fuel and time driving to their facility.

Definitely an in & out service for wasting your time. I called ahead for process and cost and I was informed the price is indeed $70, walk in basis only and their office is open until 7pm. I showed up at 4:50pm today to find out at the check in counter DOT physicals stop at 4:30pm. I get it mistakes happen, the person who answered my call this morning forgot to give me that SMALL detail. However their attitude towards me like I should have known this information was far from appropriate customer service, I should also mention don’t expect a greeting upon entry, you just stare awkwardly until someone acknowledges you and proceeds to help you with an attitude like if you should know the process as a first & never returning customer. Good luck if you dare to try this place.

This is a great place to get your DOT medical exam. Staff great & professional & Dr was knowledgeable & professional. SPECIAL SHOUT OUT!! On the day I made my 1st visit one side of the office lost power ....as I was initially concerned that this would hinder my visit (as I have a special needs son & takes time to set up some one to shadow my son in my absence) the Staff ROCKED As this didn't hinder them at any point...as they worked hard to fix the issue I was in and out in like 40min and completed my exam... when I left the issue wasn't even fixed yet they kept seeing, serving and getting patients & customers in and out like nothing happened 10 🌟 's

Hands down an amazing office. What really stood out to me about them was the precaution they were taking and the level of patient care they showed due to Covid-19. They do an amazing job of making sure everything is sanitized and check your temperature before coming in. They also only let a limited number of people in and all of the staff were wearing masks. The doctor was very professional and had me in and out quick.
