I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service I received during my walk-in radiology visit. From the moment I entered, I was greeted warmly and, as a first-time visitor, given clear and professional directions. At the Radiology department, I was promptly and courteously escorted to the X-ray lab within minutes. The technician was also amazing, making the experience very comfortable. My positive experience makes it very reassuring to know that other veterans are being treated with such care and respect. Thank you for providing such a positive experience.

My husband is a Navy veteran and we decided to eat lunch at the cafeteria today. We ordered the steak fajita tacos and jalepeno poppers for lunch. It was delicious and a great meal. Please let them know that we enjoyed our lunch.

So 2 weeks ago I showed up late to my appointment.. 33 minutes late, so they marked me as a "no-show" and made me re-schedule -understandably right... im sitting in the Blue Team waiting room now for 40 minutes... can I walk out and mark them a no show... of course not... respect of time goes both ways VA!

Today I had a appointment at Dorns VA at regional was trying to get answers and understanding on why my lawyer quit because dorns va refuse to diagnos ailments thus hindering benefits and benefits decisions starting with the ER and Dr. Kieth I arrived at dorns about 1135am I had a 12pm so I wasn't worried I was early 15 mins later Mr profit came out questioning the clerk that checked me in on how long I was there why she didn't say nothing and I just got there and it wasn't so I had been there for about 15 min. I wanted to know why dorns va pencilwhip my record then I appeal AND CANT FACE MY ACCUSER WHY? Why profit have to do anything with me when I already stated the earlier problem dealing with Elijah Profit I was surprised he is still dealing with veterans I asked the clerk for so

The veterans of South Carolina would better be served if they just turned this place into a parking lot, and shuttled us to Charleston, Salisbury, or Fayetteville. Primary care is a joke. My PCP team makes more effort to avoid seeing me, than they do actually providing care for me. Mental health is pretty decent, and one or two clinics actually act like they care for the veteran, the rest are just there for the paycheck. Also, the entire staff at Dorn needs to learn the difference between a Dorn or a clinic policy, versus a VA policy. This is frequently confusing for the staff at Dorn. I'm relocating before the end of the year, lack of reliable Veteran's Healthcare is a significant contributing factor...
