I have been a patient at this practice for almost fifteen years. All of the major procedures, especially the gum grafts, were expertly performed. Everything was explained thoroughly in advance of the procedures, costs and insurance coverage was worked out professionally in advance, and I was always made to feel comfortable. The hygiene and periodontal care given there has kept me out of surgery for years and I am grateful for that. And you will not find a better administrative staff. Great experiences there.

I had positive experience with Dorion & Associates 4 years ago. However, since I moved back, the clinic has changed. The scheduling and communication is awful. (1) First, my appointment was cancelled last minute due to a hurricane warning (which didn’t happen eventually), the clinic never called or emailed me back to reschedule a new time. (2) I rescheduled by myself. When I came in on the appointment day, they told me I had to go home because the hygienist had an emergency. Please note they didn’t try to call or email me ahead. While it’s an emergency, I’m sure people are capable of communicating to patients who are impacted in this digital age. (3) I was rescheduled again. The third time arrived, I was unfortunately 5 minutes late and was told they already cancelled my appointment becaus

I always have a great experience whenever I visit Dorian and Associates. The staff is incredibly welcoming and always puts me at ease. They are very knowledgeable and explain everything so well during the procedures. Moreover, the team is so thorough and makes sure to cover every detail. I highly recommend this dental clinic to everyone I know!

I just had a dental cleaning and some other dental procedures done and I honestly have huge anxiety normally and bad reflex but these ladies were excellent and the procedure went smoothly, no gag reflex or stress, I will be back from now on for everything in the future!! Arielle did a very good job with my cleaning. She is very professional & told me how to keep my gums healthy with my condition. My cleaning wasn't rushed & it was thoroughly done. Would like to request her to do my cleanings. I'm very pleased with Dorion & Associates staff. The lady up front was very helpful explaining my appointments & my payments. She was very polite.
