This practice moved my appointment and then a week before called to reschedule again. Their appointment system is unreliable, and their office manger inflexible. Patients should be able to trust that when they make an appointment that it will be honored, as we are paying for a service… making their problem my problem is wrong

Called to confirm an appointment at 4:10pm and the young lady you had picking up said i didnt have an appointment but she said it instantly without checking. Then I asked for her name and said it was confidential. Would not provide her name or give me any information about who she is. This lady put me on hold for 20 min and never gave me her name. Very unprofessional

Amazing physician. Took his time and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
