Since Brandie left this place has gone downhill. Brandie was amazing and very passionate about her patients and finding answers for them. She would call me to check in when I was sick and the meds weren't working to see if the new script was. She would do everything she could to fit you in the same day so you didn't have to go to urgent care, just all around awesome. Now that she's gone, if I try to get a same day appointment for an illness, I'm met with irritation and hostility from the receptionist for wanting a same day appointment. When I make changes to my work schedule and call to change a Dr appointment so I don't miss work, they give me more attitude. The final straw was today. Apparently my provider couldn't make it in, due to being sick. For reasons I'll not disclose here, I need

I just had my first appointment. Amy is AMAZING. I felt like I had a voice in my appointment and I was heard! You can’t find that just anywhere. Amy took her time with me, listened to me through everything. I had the best experience possible. Thank you Dolphin Hills staff for making me have the best experience. The front desk ladies are so kind and the phlebotomist is so funny! I found my forever doctor, and I couldn’t be more grateful. ❤️

Melissa is the very best primary care I have ever had. I have referred all my family and friends to her and everybody that I have referred has loved her as much as I do. My husband was having issues not feeling good and multiple doctors including specialist couldn’t give him an answer. Melissa didn’t quit until she found an answer and his quality of life is so much better because of her.

Finally found an office that listens to me and has my best interest at heart. Melissa and Amy and the rest of the staff always provide excellent care, answer questions and follow up on any issues we are tracking. After many years in the military health care system it is so nice to be seen as a person rather than just a number! Would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking comprehensive care !

I can’t say enough good things about these people! I came from out of state, we didn’t know anyone or where to get care. I got on google and searched primary care physicians and eventually came across Dolphin Family Healthcare… they were rated very high and I had some pretty serious issues going on so I called and made an appointment. I saw Amy and by this time, my issues were more serious and she didn’t hesitate helping me in every way that she could! I needed to see a gynecologist urgently but everyone I called were booked 3 months out. Amy got me in to see one the next week after my appointment with her… I nearly started crying when I realized all that this office and staff did for me! I’d give them 100 stars if I could. So definitely go see these people! They truly care and are here to
