I had a great experience at Dogwood Medical Group. The nurses and staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and Dr. Siddon was very personable and kind. He made the visit feel comfortable and unrushed. My favorite part was meeting Dr. Siddon’s dog, Henry, who can come into the room if you want and absolutely made my day. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a positive and caring medical experience.

Dr. Siddon immediately made me feel heard and cared for. He takes so much time with you and makes sure he covers all of your concerns and shows empathy for any situation you are facing. I can honestly say that he is the best primary care doctor I have ever had. Highly recommend him and the entire practice!

Doctor J Siddon, is the best! He listens carefully to your concerns, and then he recommends next step actions. For example, early in December my car was rear ended. When I went to see him, he immediately suggested that I have an x-Ray. He also prescribed physical therapy to help with my sciatic pain. After three weeks of no relief with physical therapy, I went to see him again, and he made a referral for me to have a MRI. Dr. J Siddon is extremely thorough in taking steps necessary to discover root causes of pain, or illness, I have complete faith and confidence in his ability to guide me and keep me on the path to good health.

Update: Two days after I posted this review, I received my 1st & only communication from Dr. Siddon: a formal letter dismissing me from his practice. There was no response to the review, no outreach, no apology, & no attempt to address the concerns raised. Original review: Dr. Siddon made me cry. A PA at this practice, Nidhi Patel, refused to order a lab test for rheumatoid factor. I asked her twice, & both times she adamantly refused, stating that I needed to follow up with rheumatology. I explained that I would have to pay out of pocket to see my rheumatologist again because I am having difficulty finding one who accepts my insurance, & that I simply wanted the lab result so I could bring it with me and be prepared for that appointment.
