Customer Reviews
Dr. Renda and the other practitioners are so wonderful with our kids. We transferred here from another pediatrician in town when our oldest daughter was just 2 months old and have never considered going anywhere else. Thank you, Doctor's Pediatrics for the excellent care you provide to our kids and trustworthy guidance you provide to parents.
We adore and are so grateful for Dr. Renda (as well as all of the other doctors and nurses in the practice we’ve seen, especially Dr. Priem and Dr. Agoglia, as well as office staff) — we have been so pleased with the level of care, attention, kindness, and responsiveness from day 1!
The doctors are nice but the customer service is definitely not good! Brought my kid with a concern we had and nothing was really done to test or treat her. We were told to get over the counter medication which is ok. It didn’t work and a week later we called for something to get done since there’s no improvement and we were told that someone will call us right back and didn’t hear anything! We will be changing practices!
We have been going to Doctor's Pediatrics since our first was born almost seven years ago. We have always had a great experience. The doctors (shout out to Dr. Renda) are phenomenal, well informed, and empathetic. The facility is clean and welcoming. The nurses are all attentive and helpful. And, the receptionists are always patient and kind. We would not go anywhere else.
We had a very disappointing experience at this practice. My child was misdiagnosed and they failed to catch that she had mononucleosis, despite 14 days of ongoing fever, chest and abdominal pain that would flare up and down. Instead of running further tests, they sent us home with a recommendation for Motrin (instead of Tylenol). One of the most serious risks of mono is playing contact sports, which my daughter unknowingly continued until I took her to urgent care, where they ran the proper blood tests and confirmed the diagnosis. I never felt confident in the care we received here. During our visits with Dr. Renda, we often spent most of the appointment with a student doctor, while the actual doctor’s time felt rushed and inconclusive. This experience was the final sign for us to leave t
